http://www.laboklin.de/pages/html/de/Ve ... t_1103.htm RISQI (= reciprocal inverse square of insulin) stellt ein Mass für die Insulinsensitivität dar. MIRG (=modified insulin to glucose ratio) und die I:G ratio (= Insulin:Glukose) spiegeln die pankreatische ß-Zellfunktion wieder. Die Beurteilung dazu: http://www.freil.com/~mlf/IR/ir.html Interpretation: eindeutig hohe Insulinwerte (> 23,4 µU/ml) sind beweisend, niedrige Werte schliessen eine IR nicht aus und die Untersuchung muss u.U. wiederholt werden. |
